On Monday, January 13th, Narcotics detectives and the West Precinct Anti-Crime Team served a warrant at the 38-year-old man’s apartment in the 12300 block of Highway 99 in Edmonds and arrested him. At the home, investigators seized 280 grams of heroin and $39,000 in cash, and found packaging, which investigators believe contained 13 kilos of heroin, which had already been distributed.
