Rances Ulices Amaya was sentenced to 50 years in prison for recruiting girls as young as 14 from middle schools, high schools, and homeless shelters and forcing them to engage commercial sex acts on behalf of the gang.

Illegal alien from El Salvador charged in Kentucky child sex trafficking ring


An illegal alien from El Salvador was charged Wednesday for child sex trafficking in four Kentucky counties, announced David J. Hale, U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Kentucky. The indictment resulted from an investigation conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and the Kentucky State Police.

Timothy Bek Former Teacher Sentenced to 30 Years in Prison for Production and Possession of Child Pornography

U.S. Attorney William J. Hochul, Jr. announced today that Timothy Bek, 25, of West Seneca, New York, who was convicted of production and possession of child pornography, was sentenced to 360 months in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.

U.S. District Judge Roger W. Titus sentenced Carole Nelson, age 53, of Washington, D.C., today to 29 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release for money laundering in connection with her participation in a massive mortgage fraud scheme which promised to pay off homeowners’ mortgages on their “Dream Homes” but left them to fend for themselves. Judge Titus also entered an order requiring Nelson to pay restitution of $34,340,830.13.

Eric Toth Added to Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List

FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitive List. Eric Justin Toth

An alleged child pornographer is the newest addition to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitive List. Eric Justin Toth, also known as David Bussone, is a former private school teacher in Washington D.C. He is accused of possessing and producing child pornography.

Ronald Hosko, special agent in charge of the Washington Field Office, says, “One of the things about Toth that makes him a danger to the community is his ability to develop trust.”
