Mini Excavator, trackhoe for sale

 I am selling My 1982 Mini Excavator, Mitsubishi MS03M trackhoe, since I own Area Control Here it is :) 


Runs good and works for about 4 hours before the fluid gets to hot to move, It needs new hydraulic pump. I priced them at $1800.00 about 4 years ago. With a Good pump this would sell between $14,000.00 and $16,000.00 The seat is broken but I have a good extra seat you can have. I took it off when I bought it, but it also has a log grabber. The trackhoe does not have a trailer with it! You will need a Trailer to haul it!

CBP Issues Guidance on 2013 Sukkot Holiday Travel

Travel Period is Sept. 15 to Oct. 4

Washington — U.S. Customs and Border Protection reminds travelers of guidance related to the annual Jewish holiday known as Sukkot.

The travel period for the holiday is September 15 through October 4 and the holiday itself begins September 18, after sundown, and lasts through September 25. Items carried by observant Jewish travelers entering the United States during the Sukkot holiday are regulated to prevent the introduction of invasive pests and diseases; however, these items might be allowed into the United States after inspection by CBP Agriculture Specialists. These items include ethrogs, palm fronds, twigs of willow and myrtle.

All Legal Same-Sex Marriages Will Be Recognized for Federal Tax Purposes

Ruling Provides Certainty, Benefits and Protections Under Federal Tax Law for Same-Sex Married Couples

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) today ruled that same-sex couples, legally married in jurisdictions that recognize their marriages, will be treated as married for federal tax purposes. The ruling applies regardless of whether the couple lives in a jurisdiction that recognizes same-sex marriage or a jurisdiction that does not recognize same-sex marriage.

The ruling implements federal tax aspects of the June 26th Supreme Court decision invalidating a key provision of the 1996 Defense of Marriage Act.

WETUMPKA, Ala.  U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) in coordination with Alabama state police and the Elmore County Sheriff's Department seized approximately 60,000 counterfeit items from an Alabama flea market Saturday worth a total manufacturer's suggested retail price of more than $2.04 million. The seized items include counterfeit designer clothing, handbags, shoes, sportswear and electronics.

Conspiring to Export Satellite Technology from the United States to Iran

Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York; George Venizelos, the Assistant Director in Charge of the New York Field Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); James T. Hayes, Jr., the Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI); Kenneth Siegler, the Resident Agent in Charge of the New York Office of the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS); Sidney Simon, the Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Commerce Department, Bureau of Industry and Security’s Office of Export Enforcement New York Field Office (OEE); and Robert E. Perez, Director of New York Field Operations for U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), announced that Seyed Amin Ghorashi Sarvestani, an Iranian national, was sentenced yesterday in Manhattan federal court to 30 months in prison for conspiring to export goods, including satellite technology and hardware, from the United States to Iran, in violation the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. Ghorashi was arrested on October 3, 2012, and pled guilty on May 8, 2013, before U.S. District Judge Paul G. Gardephe, who also imposed yesterday’s sentence.

West Virginia Circuit Judge Arrested for Framing Romantic Rival, Rigging Grand Jury

CHARLESTON, WV—Mingo County, West Virginia Circuit Judge Michael Thornsbury has been arrested on a federal criminal charge, U.S. Attorney Booth Goodwin announced today. Thornsbury is charged with conspiring to have a romantic rival illegally arrested and manipulating a state grand jury to pursue criminal charges against the same romantic rival. The charge was revealed in a federal grand jury indictment unsealed today.
