Officers Find 386 Pounds Concealed Cocaine in Pick-Up Truck Barged From Puerto Rico

Philly CBP Records 7th Largest Local Cocaine Seizure
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
– Local Customs and Border Protection officers recorded their seventh largest cocaine seizure July 9 when officers discovered 386 pounds of cocaine concealed inside the body of a pick-up truck shipped from Puerto Rico.

CBP Officers Seize More Than $909k in Narcotics

Nogales, Ariz  After a Customs and Border Protection canine alerted to a non-factory floor compartment in a vehicle at the Dennis DeConcini Port Friday, CBP officers found more than 36 pounds of cocaine, worth close to $332,000, and approximately 37 pounds of methamphetamine, valued at $578,000.

Washington: In two separate incidents in a 24-hour period, a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Air and Marine (OAM) P-3 operating out of National Air Security Operations Center-Corpus Christi (NASOC-CC), detected two go-fast vessels carrying more than 10,000 pounds of cocaine with a combined value of more than $779 million.

CBP Busts Net $1.3 Billion in Cocaine in One Week

Florida-based CBP P-3s detect three drug vessels 

Washington:  In three separate incidents in a one-week period, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Air and Marine (OAM) P-3s operating out of National Air Security Operations Centers in Jacksonville, Fla. (NASOC-JAX) and Corpus Christi, Texas (NASOC-CC), assisted in the interdiction of a Self Propelled Semi-Submersible (SPSS) carrying close to 14,000 pounds of cocaine, and two go-fast vessels carrying more than 4,400 pounds of cocaine with a combined value of more than $1.3 billion.

SAN DIEGO  Seven suspects made their initial appearances in federal court Thursday on drug charges stemming from their alleged role in an attempt to smuggle more than a ton of marijuana into the United States from Mexico onboard a sailboat and panga interdicted off the coast of Catalina Island.

FBI and Seattle Safe Streets Task Force Target Major Narcotics Distribution Ring Following Lengthy Investigation

Trafficked and Distributed Thousands of Oxycodone Pills 

More than 100 federal and local law enforcement agents fanned out across the Puget Sound Region and Northern California today to arrest more than 20 defendants implicated in a significant narcotics trafficking ring, announced U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan. Eighteen of the defendants have been indicted by the grand jury for distributing thousands of oxycodone pills in the Seattle area. An additional six defendants were arrested for their role in the drug distribution scheme. The arrests are the culmination of a two-year investigation by the Seattle Safe Streets Task Force, operated by the FBI and Seattle Police Department. The defendants will make their initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Seattle at 2:30 today.
